TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Specially designed ladder grade units are used in Wenta with 27% Cr mixture. One group of grades are stationary and the other are movable according to the steam requirement on the fixed grid. Coal taken automatically from coal bunker are burned through the instrument of ladder grate, chimney fan and combustion air fans which pouring through a special system on a moving stair grid with the help of a Fuel Feeding spiral and working according to steam requirement. The ash is automatically removed by the ash coil under the front furnace. The whole system is connected to the PLC control and must operate synchronously.

It is designed and manufactured to meet the needs of industrial plants such as wood, textile, chemical industry, food and similar.

Our boilers are manufactured with large steam volume to allow sudden steam usage.

Specially designed water holders are placed in the boiler to minimize the drift of the water droplets with steam. Thus, the system ensures that the outgoing steam is drier.

The boiler insulation is made of galvanized sheet, aluminum, stainless steel or painted sheet as your request.
