STEAM DOME WITH STEAM ACCUMULATION
Wenta Steam Generators are equipped with steam domes considering the sudden steam draws. In this way, the fluctuation in temperature of the sudden steam draws are prevented, while preventing the burner from often start-ups via increasing the time lapse between burner star and stop time, thus prolonging the maintenance periods and providing the maximum fuel economy.
Wenta Steam Domes have been developed as steam accumulation domes, so that when the steam in the dome is used, during the burner's start-up time, the water in the dome at the vaporizing temperature would vaporize to supply the steam need at the moment. For small usages, steam need is met without starting the burner.

APPLICATION OF WENTA ECONOMIZER AS OPTIONAL
WENTA economizers are equipment that providing fuel economy thus improving the generator efficiency by using the waste heat of flue gas for heating the feeding water in steam generators.
OPTIONAL DEAERATOR APPLICATION
Oxygen and carbon dioxide gases dissolved in the feed water in steam systems cause corrosion on metal surfaces in the steam system as pores and melts
These gases, which are dissolved in WENTA deaerators, are exhausted automatically, thus the system is taken under protection. The deaerator feed water is heated up to 102° C. Saving 3% and 5% on fuel is provided by keeping the feed water at 102° C and eliminating oxygen and carbon dioxide and by preventing heat fluctuation in the steam generator.
